The site comprises four (4) podium structures (including Buildings A-H) that are interconnected through the centrally located and dedicated driveway and pedestrian walkways which provides access to the respective areas of use within the site. This project contains various building classes that are listed below, all designed in accordance with the latest requirements, including sprinklers in Childcare related buildings.
- Industrial Units – These units are noted to comprise a mezzanine level which is accessed internally from the individual units and is considered an ancillary use for the industrial unit.
- Work Store Units – Contains a combination of doorways and stairs that provide occupants access to an external podium area.
- Retail – A single-storey retail takeaway shop that is provided with its own dedicated entrance.
